Reda is a serial entrepreneur with a background of computer scientist. After the acquisition of one of his company in 2017, he dedicated his time to build the infrastructure bridging Traditional Finance with Decentralized Finance in the Blockchain world. He also helped launch the Moroccan state run venture fund 212Founders, seeding the local startup ecosystem.
Olivier Sibony is a professor, author and advisor specializing in the quality of strategic thinking and the design of decision processes.
Olivier Sibony is Professor of Strategy (Education Track) at HEC Paris, where he was awarded the Vernimmen teaching award in 2020. He is also an Associate Fellow of Saïd Business School in Oxford University, and has taught at London Business School, Ecole Polytechnique, ENA, IE Madrid, and other institutions. Previously, he spent 25 years with McKinsey & Company in France and in the U.S., where he was a Senior Partner. There, he was, at various times, a leader of the Global Strategy Practice and of the Consumer Goods & Retail Sector.
Olivier’s latest book, Noise: A Flaw in Human Judgment, co-authored with Daniel Kahneman and Cass R. Sunstein, has appeared on multiple bestseller lists worldwide, including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Sunday Times lists. His previous book, You’re About to Make a Terrible Mistake!, was awarded the 2019 Manpower Foundation Grand Prize for best management book of the year, and has been translated into 21 languages. He is also the co-author of Cracked It! How To Solve Big Problems and Sell Solutions Like Top Strategy Consultants (with B. Garrette et C. Phelps), and a contributor to the 2019 edition of Strategor, the best-selling French-language strategy textbook. In addition, he has published numerous scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals and practitioner- oriented publications (Harvard Business Review, McKinsey Quarterly, MIT Sloan Management Review, California Management Review).
Olivier builds on this research and experience to advise senior leaders on strategic and operational decision-making. He is a frequent keynote speaker and facilitator of top management and board meetings. He also serves as a member of corporate, advisory and investment boards.
Olivier Sibony is a graduate of HEC Paris and holds a Ph. D. from Université Paris-Dauphine. He is a knight in the French Order of the Légion d’Honneur. He is married and the father of two children. He lives in Paris.
Emmanuel has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry. He started his career at Societe Generale in 2002 where he held several senior positions within the bank’s Equity Derivatives division, notably Americas and EMEA Head of Equity Structured products.
He joined JP Morgan in 2013, where he supervised the Americas Equity Structuring business , and the Global Payoff and Solution team as Managing director. At JP Morgan, he led product development, and solution design for institutional clients and retail distribution channels for the North & Latin American markets.
In 2021 He joined Laurion Capital Management, a NY based multi-strategy hedge fund as head of derivatives. Emmanuel core areas of expertise include equity derivatives, quantitative trading strategies, and private investments. He also serves on the board of several capital market focused Fintech companies.
Emmanuel holds a MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer sciences at the University of Michigan , and is a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique in France.
Philippe started his career in 2005. He held various positions as trader or financial engineer in major investment banks. From 2014 to 2017, he was head of cross asset engineering for retail in Europe at Societe Generale. Since 2017, Philippe is Head of Trading at Societe Generale, supervising multiple desks including notably quantitative investment strategies. Philippe graduated from ENSAE and Paris VII university.
Steve is a serial tech entrepreneur, having developed his love for building great companies after selling Pixmania, Europe's leading eCommerce company, for 455m Euros in under 6 years of operation with his brother. Steve and his brother founded Dotcorp Finance Private Equity Fund soon after and have invested in 20+ companies globally. In 2019, he established Algo-Quant.com, a financial research platform based in Paris, and since Sept 2021, Steve has dedicated his time to building Libertify, the first suite of crypto risk-management performance tools for retail investors. In July 2022, Libertify closed a round of funding to develop its extensive suite of services to help crypto investors lower the volatility and improve their risk-adjusted performances.
Born in 1974, Steve lives in Paris and has French and Canadian citizenship. Steve is married and has 3 daughters. Steve shares several passions: his family, piloting planes (FAA IFR), boating, traveling, reading, playing guitar, diving, and contemporary art.
Passionate about technology and finance, Sébastien spent 15 years in a major investment bank as a software engineer, development team manager and technical leader. His banking experience has given him a vast knowledge of financial products, and a particular sensitivity to IS security. In 2019, he started working as a freelance software engineer, where he had the opportunity to work with Steve on Algo-quant.com. He joined Libertify soon after inception, and is leading the development team towards success.
Ruben has dedicated his educational and professional life to big data. Having moved from Paris to Israel following his degree in Advanced Mathematics, he has recently completed his Data Science Engineering degree at The Technion University, one of the world's leading institution of excellence for Science and Technology. Specialized in deep learning and Neuro Networks, Ruben leads the Risk Profiling algorithms for Libertify, ensuring its timely Buy/Sell recommendations are fine-tuned to meet the unique personas of each individual.
Benoit has over 15 years of blue chip experience in C and system programming including complex projects in the space, defense and semiconductor industries for companies such as ARM and Nordic Semiconductor. After working with decades-old programming languages and toolchains, his search for cutting edge tech led to a transition to blockchain development. He has a Master degree in Software Engineering and when not reading smart-contracts on Etherscan, Benoit enjoys the great outdoors with his family.
David is a tech entrepreneur and Full Stack engineer with more than 20 years experience leading the development of complex web and mobile applications. He co-founded in 2005 the social e-commerce platform Zlio.com with more than 300k users, and developed for 10 years the mobile website of Veepee, a leading flash sales platform in Europe. David is passionate about the piano, clean UX, and sustainability. He joined Libertify to make crypto investments safe and easy to use for all.
